New pedagogical workshop on energy transition
Our new educational workshop on energy transition animated by Beatrice Cordiano, our expert in sustainable development and energy, has been designed and shared for the first time with young students in Courbevoie and Lorient.
Focus area
1 Act for energy transition
Raising awareness of energy issues among the younger generation
Our new pedagogical workshop on energy transition took place on the morning of Friday, October 7, 2022, as part of the 12th edition of the Atmosphere festival in Courbevoie, at the Youth House.
It was animated by Beatrice Cordiano, energy expert of the endowment fund.
It took place in a third place called "l'Ecollectif," designed to encourage exchanges and the creation of projects by young people and to meet the "main criteria of ecological transition".
A rich program of events
The Atmospheres Festival "for a sustainable world" brought together 20,214 festival-goers, 2,494 schoolchildren, 123 scientific experts, and speakers.
It was organized in partnership with, among others, ADEME, the Ministry of Ecological Transition, the Ile-de-France region, the BPI, the CNRS, France TV, France Inter, ADM, Ushuaïa TV, etc.
This is the first time that Energy Observer Foundation collaborated with this festival.
The Energy Transition workshop was also held in Lorient during the Night of Science, on October 7, 2022. Teachers, researchers, engineers, Ph.D. students, and partners of the University of Southern Brittany had prepared this event with scientists to exchange, and share experiments to discover and manipulations to perform in a friendly environment. The Energy Observer Foundation workshop was at the heart of the program for children and students.
